The number of linear feet along peaks, eaves, and gables is the biggest driver. Two story and steep rooflines take more time and equipment.
Trees, palms, and extras
Wrapped trunks and canopies, wreaths, garland, driveway stakes, and yard displays each add to the design.
Commercial scope
Storefronts, clubhouses, and community entrances are quoted on site based on square footage, access, and timeline.
